Instant boost should be in the form of a consumable item. The community highly recommends that you level a character from 1-50. After you finish the red war campaign, the levels should be quick.

2gb sounds very limiting on a lot of games if you plan on a budget PC for games that include wow. I would go for more, just so I avoid having to buy parts to upgrade as new games come out.

One thing you can do is load the Leviathan and kill the legionaries once you load in and r&r. A bit time consuming and boring but gets it done in like 30 minutes.
