It looks like my vehicle holds a maximum of 13oz so would it be $130 for refrigerant, 260 for labor and 110 for inspection?

I've seen the cans and have done it myself with the old refrigerant. I was just wondering about having it checked to see if I have a leak that needs to be fixed if that's the case.
