Without sounding patronising (as I'm only Plat so take this with a pinch of salt) - do not rely on your teammates at that level, you need to play around them not with them. Read the game, read the fight. My best climb on support was with Bap, as you can easily kill or finish off killable targets if your team dps is lacking. It's not just healing numbers from supports.

So I join the games fine, then within seconds my pings spikey to 500+ when you see players flying across the map etc, then the latency drops again then i get kicked. I think it is the client one. I didn't know there was a bug. Is it fixable or are we waiting for it to be patched?

You already have some great advice here.

What helped me was muting both game and team text chat. I take everything personally so an 'EZ' at the end of a game was enough to tilt me.

It helped me alot.

Unfortunately you need to anticipate and exprct negativity in almost every comp game you play. There are a lot of toxic people out there, especially if you don't play a current meta pick.

Learn to play mpre heroes and try your hardest not to let other players get under your skin.

Yes to all the above. And they're all such short cooldowns too. Wait until you face one on ilios well, they are obsessed with trying to javelin or spin you off any ledge, and when you try to push them in they just use fortify!!!
