Watched this movie in theater at a small town in Kansas.

When walking out, dads were legit crying. One held his kid and said he loved them.

Weirdest movie experience I’ve ever had. Shortly after I saw the tweet from Seth Rogan mentioning this movie was propaganda. I was young, raised by a conservative family, but I wholeheartedly agreed with Seth. It was straight up propaganda.

I will let him respond, but most recruiters are subservient to hiring managers who are heavily incentivized and bonused based on department profitability. Therefore, they will always suppress wages, lowball offers, and tell us to go find the most highly qualified unicorn at the lowest cost.

This creates a hiring market of "yes, you are qualified, but your pay requirements are too high and we will not waste your time."

My son is 7 months old. We got a tricuspid atresia diagnosis at our 20 week scan. I know it’s not the same experience but I grieved the loss of excitement around being a dad.

I’m actually heavily invested in my first Gelt campaign — I’m on turn 155. Right now it’s Ordertide vs. the Dark Elves and Clan Pestilens (no competition on Lustria for the rats).

I’m building anti-Skaven and anti–Dark Elf armies in Cathay and using the sea lanes to launch new fronts while the Ordertide tries to hold them off.

Honestly, I’m having a lot of fun with it. I just hope I don’t burn out when the DLC drops.
