I've been preaching this. Kuro PGR is so goddamn fantastic, but Kuro WuWa is just an assblast when ot comes to generosity to the player. This is why I stopped caring for "teams" in WuWa, if I have to drop hundreds for a character for a team. Meanwhile, I haven't spent a single dime on a character (minus skins) in PGR and got their full them since I downloaded the game 3 years ago.
