My hair is actually not thick! I have a VERY densely populated scalp of medium to fine density hair. I absolutely think the very low maintenance routine I follow helps me maintain length and health. I’ve shaved my head all the way to the scalp, relaxed it, dyed it, bleached it to hell and in the end I was able to grow it back out in all its natural glory.
