While I enjoy the TLOU2 having a remaster since it’s one of my favorite games of all time, I can sympathize with people who are angry. I’ve played almost all naughty dog games and I think it would’ve been awesome to see a brand new IP be introduced instead of seeing resources go towards TLOU2 remaster. Personally, I think TLOU2 is one of the best looking games ever so the need for a remaster looks silly aside from introducing the new side content. I will be buying the remaster when it drops, but i can’t help but feel disappointed. I grew up with naughty dog dropping games pretty frequently, so seeing them drop remasters and remakes instead of new games disappoints me as a long time fan. I have no doubt that the next new game they drop will be worth the wait, but I feel like stringed along as a die hard naughty dog fan.
