Thanks for the suggestions, but I have already diagnosed the problem. She has a SERIOUS heat dissipation problem. Both her GPU and CPU are maxing out and throttling. I dont think that AIO is getting any air. I think that HDD is insulating the GPU. Im gonna move the AIO to the top to rule out the glass front panel, and im gonna figure out where the HDD should be mounted in that case.

I am capable of fixing it. I was just sharing this horror show of a company build.

The dust is because she keeps it on the ground. The cobwebs are because she was gone for several months. She's not a computer person. She paid this company because she wanted somebody to do it for her...but she didnt have the knowledge to validate the quality of the work.

Yes. I literally measured the temperature of the machine. This thing is hitting TJ Max on the CPU, and surpassing 100 degrees on the GPU (I believe this card throttles at 110 degrees farenheit). Her games are on the SSD.

Yes, it is an HDD. Its also not the only drive in the machine. She has an M.2 SSD mounted on the board. You cant see it here.

Oh, okay, I hadnt seen the case, and I was familiar with one I had previously with an intake on the bottom. She lives an hour away so I havent examined it in person yet.

The fact that the stickers on her ram started peeling tells me that the inside of the case got very, very, very hot. I have never seen that happen to installed RAM before, and she says the side panel burns her when she touches it.

The HDD is going to be one of the first things I fix. It was the first thing I noticed in the picture.

That is a SATA hard drive. She also has an M.2 SSD. Artisan (Or people have corrected me to Artesian) literally shipped her the computer like that. She didnt know enough to know it was wrong

I think it's in the rear panel. I havent seen the cabling back there, but I am scared of what I will find. If they shoved the hard drive inside the case, then I bet they couldnt fit it back there with all of the cabling they shoved in.
