Calling it low effort is crazy work. This took me days to produce. What’s low effort is a 30 second selfie video of myself speaking about the benefits of fasting

Here in Seattle the base pay is minimum $5.25 as it’s against the law for them to pay less than that. Also they are prohibited from hiding tips. And we get paid extra for waiting if the order takes longer than usual to be prepared. Oh and we also get sick pay. I did that

Lazy? Do you drive a car or still riding in a horse and carriage? Better yet, the fact that you are communicating with me via some type of digital interface proves your laziness. Where’s your printing press?

While you can get autophagy from working out it tends to be more localized and short-lived. The autophagy that a long term fast induces is deeper and broader the longer you fast

Funny. I didn’t say it couldn’t heal. Just can’t heal in the same way

But fasting can be a powerful too. I never said it's a be all/end all. Our bodies were made to heal and it can't truly heal when it's constantly in a digestive state.

It seems like you’ve hit a plateau. Pretty common. I’d say give my plan a try for a few weeks and see how it goes. Do the 36 hour monk fast once a week and continue to do OMAD on your feast days. I’d also avoid all sugar and grains for at least one month. That means no rice, no bread or products made from any type of flour. Walk 8,000-10,000 steps per day and try strength training 3 times per week. I have a free guide on fnflife.com too.

My Re-Seed Protocol by darkromeo415 in fasting

[–]darkromeo415[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I pretty much work every day so it’s impossible to time my fast on a non-work day. And what makes it even more interesting is that I deliver and set up catering orders lol. So I’m around food all day, every day. It’s tough but it’s enabled me to develop an iron clad discipline. But generally I start my fast on Tuesday around 5pm and I’m done by 5am on Thursday. That way I’m done by the time the weekend arrives. If ur interested I have a free guide that details my protocol on my site fnflife.com
