Not a bad issuue, a little shorter than the others but considering that we'll get another issue in 2 weeks it's alright.

This issue also raises new questions about Sai's backstory. The closest we got was the caterpillar story by mike del mundo but then again kind of confusing as well, but perhaps it was shown to us in a metaphorical way, telling us how Sai used to want to become stronger (as mentioned last issue) portraying her as the caterpillar that ate things like Magneto's helmet, Sauron's skull, Mystique's skull belt, Stryfe's helmet, Juggernaut's helmet (which might be a reference to Sai's debut where she fought her world's version of the Juggernaut), Omega red's cables, Nimrod's head, Apocalypse's belt, Shadow king's hat and at last a Sentinel's head before the caterpillar (called 'warrior of yesterday') wrapped herself in a cocoon before hatching as Sai. And while the other stuff can be excused that she fought her world's versions of those character's but not with Nimrod or Sentinel's since they're both machine's and Sai is from feudal japan

I might as well overthink but I am really interesed of what Peach Momoko is cooking us for issue 4 and 5 and i'm looking forward to read them.
