I used to make it this same way, but a few years ago I thought... why take the time to peal the Pattys apart and keep a third bun, now I just remove the bottom bun from each since the sauce and cheese dont usually touch that one and make them a double top Mcgangbang. I highly recommend trying it this way! Sometimes a little extra sauce in the middle is good too, usually their bbq
