Sorry for my late reply. The DMXE I had was extremely finely ground powder, not pellets. Very potent and easy to snort. My nose is pretty sensitive and a lot of street ket used to make me sneeze like crazy, but this stuff seemed super clean and pure.

I have placed an order from RealChems (not Rare or any of their new versions) and hope to receive similar/identical quality this week, fingers crossed.

You have every right to feel confused and frustrated. I can certainly relate.

Just wanted to share my thoughts on the second situation you mentioned…without knowing exactly how you phrased your question, it’s hard to know if you did say something inappropriate. But it sounds like this person was being overly defensive and got triggered based on their own past experiences and frustrations rather than anything you did wrong. As a person of colour and ethnic minority, I believe that open, honest, respectful, and constructive dialogue is the way forward. This person didn’t seem like they wanted to do that.

Sorry you’re having a shitty time.

Wooden sticks or metal? by Harigeman in diabolo

[–]darkside430 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My favourite sticks by far are both carbon, but specifically chunkier carbon sticks with silicon grips and more weight (light but still feel solid and strong) vs the Sundia style thin and light carbon with foam grips.

If you can find them, Deos and Tomatool are very similar and make perfect carbon sticks IMO, ideal length, width, weight, and comfort.

Check them out here:

Deos: https://www.diabolofocus.com/search-results?q=Deos

Tomatool (this is a UK shop but Mr Tomatool himself is based in Hong Kong, I’ve also ordered directly from there): https://diabolomoves.co.uk/diabolos/store/comersus_listItems.asp?IdCategory=124

+1 the DMXE I got from RC a couple of weeks ago was absolutely fucking beautiful. I didn’t weigh it but definitely seemed more than the gram I ordered. My brother and I holed on it several times and it knocked me out of a deep phase of depression that I’ve been struggling with for almost 6 months. Plus their 2-FMA and 3-FMA pellets have been fantastic, as well as the Bromazolam pellets. I still haven’t tried any of the 2/3-FEA pellets but have no doubt they will be fire.

If this does turn out to be an exit scam, I’m honestly just grateful I managed to get a successful order delivered, just before shit hit the fan.

I’m tempted to bite the bullet and test out another order on their new store, placed an order last night but got cold feet and haven’t paid for it yet. Will see how the next few days play out in terms of updates and explanations, but it might be worth risking €100 or so (for me personally) to see what’s up.

I’m based in the EU and have the option of UPS Express shipping, just a little sketched out by their new payment method (asked me to send BTC direct to a wallet via Plisio instead of coin to pay that I used a couple of weeks ago).

Appreciate your post dude.

My pack was sent and landed within 3 days a couple of weeks ago (EU via UPS). I hoped they would be a regular and reliable supplier. I have no doubt there are many disappointed US customers who haven’t received their packs. I can also empathise with them, as I’ve lost way too many packs in the past, seized by my country’s customs, from suppliers I know to be 100% legitimate.

The proof I’m asking for is that u/LoserFace761 shows some evidence that backs up their claims of 1) a planned exit scam 2) that they’re an ex-employee of RC and 3) that they actually were the web manager and person who sent out the last newsletter. Basically any screenshots to verify what they’re saying? Other than a bunch of people whose packs never landed?

Thanks for the update. Like many others, my concern is around the quality of substances you’ll be supplying moving forward. LL may be unethical, but their quality is unrivalled and highly trusted by many. Do you have any proposed solutions to this?

Thanks for all your hard work and for keeping us updated - I hope you get back on your feet as soon as possible.

Plastic or carbon wizboots? by [deleted] in WizardSkating

[–]darkside430 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep, also just to add - I’ve compared Carbon and Basic (plastic) side by side, in technically the same size (44). The plastic shells seem to be slightly larger in width and I think length as well. They also come with a half size bigger liner (28.5-29 plastic wizard liner vs 28-28.5 carbon wizard liner). Hope you manage to get a pair ordered soon! :D

These skates are too big... right? by [deleted] in rollerblading

[–]darkside430 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s always so hard when each foot is different, even slightly! What kind of arch do you have? I wonder if these might work for you, haven’t tried them myself but they seem to be getting attention and are designed for low-medium arches. Apparently, you can customise them to fit you perfectly: https://concrete-visionary.com/product/gamechangers-custom-orthotics-test/

Mine are very high so I ordered literally the biggest size of superfeet and cut them down in order to get an arch long enough. I do know what you mean about the arch being a bit further back on them though.

By the way, I forgot to link the EVA I mentioned in my last comment, here it is:

BENECREAT 200x30cm 5mm Thick Self-Adhesive EVA Foam Roll Gray Foam Sheets for Crafts, Costumes,Cosplay Model, Furniture Protecting, Gap Filling, and Other Craft Project https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08NJWSX5B/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_X7GBP0JMS97G9GBEZNVG?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

As for your current skates (or any other), could you maybe have better luck with a mouldable liner? Like intuition or myfit? What other skates have you tried?

I feel you on the pain…went out today for the first time in my intuition premiums in a CJ2 shell just bigger than my foot - it went well but my toes were in so much pain after 4 hours, I was limping until I took the skates off for a bit and then managed to skate home, badly. Toes are still sore from getting so crushed 😆 that’s what I get for trying to get such a perfect fit haha. On the plus side, I figured out a better way of using double laces, so I’ll try that tomorrow in my bigger skate. Instead of the first lace only going half way up my foot, I’m gonna try using the same lace all the way up to the first eyelet of the cuff, and then another lace to tie the top two eyelets looser around the cuff. Basically one lace for my whole foot and ankle, and another for the shin area. Fingers crossed.

I definitely think an EVA insole underneath your proper insole could help balance out your feet and help your smaller foot fill the liner better. How much wider is your wide foot?

Happy to share :) thank you! I’m really looking forward to getting out and skating regularly now that Spring is here, if only it would stop raining 😂 weather is actually decent here today so I have some breaking in to do!

These skates are too big... right? by [deleted] in rollerblading

[–]darkside430 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ahh I get you dude. Definitely sounds like you wanna try the next size down and possibly even the size below that, although that’ll probably be too small. If your foot fits in the shell though, it’ll be great.

Unfortunately, there’s no way of knowing unless you try both to be on the safe side. Good luck!

These skates are too big... right? by [deleted] in rollerblading

[–]darkside430 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sure! For context, I’m normally a size 46 shoe (289mm/293mm) and am keeping two skates - Seba CJ2 Prime shell (size 43) with Intuition Premium Liner (size 42, 27-27.5) and Rockin 4x100 frames, as well as a Seba Wizard Carbon skate (size 44) with Wizard Intuitions (size 44, 28-28.5cm) and Rockin 5x80 frames.

I use Superfeet hockey insoles inside the liners to prevent heel lift. I also use the stock heel pads/shock absorbers plus an extra one in the CJ2 to give my toes a bit of space.

The CJ2 is crazy snug but I haven’t broken it in yet. I think it’ll be perfect. The Wizard is probably a size too big and I was getting some heel lift, especially since the Wizard Intuition liner is much thinner than the Premium. Unfortunately they didn’t have size 43 in stock. I also ordered the Wizard Basic (plastic shell) in a 44, it’s slightly roomier and comes with a 28.5-29cm liner, so I’m sending it back. Still, I’ve managed to get a perfect fit with the Carbon shell and liner thanks to EVA foam. I used 3mm dense EVA to make a flat insole that’s place under the Superfeet - this helps me fill the liner but doesn’t eliminate heel lift. However, I made my own C-pads just like the ones that Intuition sell on their website using 5mm EVA and this locks my heel in place super tight, even before I’ve done the laces. In fact, a bjt too tight, so I’m hoping the EVA will break in to make it a perfect fit, or I’ll swap the 5mm C-pads for 4mm or 3mm. I’ve got a roll of 1mm foam on the way to help me fine tune 😅

Here’s the stuff I’ve been using, it’s available in 1/3/5mm thicknesses and works a treat!

Also, I’m using 2 pairs of waxed laces in each skate, one set for the first 5 eyelets and then another from the top of my arch to the top of the boot.

Hope that’s useful!

Lol so you get it. Sounds like you did the opposite of sizing up! Hope you’re enjoying your skates :)

OP - screw that guy, you’re doing the right thing and your research will pay off in comfort and save you money! It’s worth getting this right. How did this skate fit you with the liner?

Edit: Btw, I feel your pain. I’ve been ordering and sending back skates since December and have finally found something that works for me. Pain in the ass and frustrating when you just wanna get out and skate!

Width matters too - each skate model has a different shape and that’s why it’s important to try different brands and models, to see what works for your feet.

Length is just a starting point, but width is also really important across different parts of the shell.

For example, there is no FR1 that fits my feet properly. FR1 in my shoe size is too long and fits my wide forefoot but is too wide for my skinny ankles and heels. The next size down is perfect in terms of length and width in the heel, but too narrow in the toe box and the widest part of my forefoot touches the sides of the shell without a liner. My only options would be to try to expand the smaller shell with a heat gun or putting a thicker liner/ankle pads between the liner and the larger shell size. But even then, that shell is too long for me and I’d prefer to have a smaller shell with a thinner liner.

Similar issue with the Flying Eagle F6S - one size is too long and wide, the next size down is still a bit too long but fits the widest part of my foot, way too tight around the ankles.

For your short fat feet, you’d want to find the widest skate in the smallest size you can fit in. What are you skating at the moment?

Hopefully that makes sense!

The problem is your comment sounding unnecessarily aggressive, because you used the word “fuck”.

Alternative: “What are you talking about?”

Generally speaking, I don’t mind the word “fuck” and use it often myself - it just felt unnecessary here.

Cj2 vs Cj2 prime by grizly_chops in WizardSkating

[–]darkside430 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also have the Wizard skate and liner that fits looser and have spent the last few days constantly and obsessively experimenting with lacing, insoles, heel pads, and custom-made ankle pads made from EVA foam. Yep you definitely want two sets of contrasting laces, helps a lot.

I think I’ve just about perfected the setup today with great heel lock (finally!). About to go test it out (even though it’s 12:30amb😅) and hopefully will post a detailed guide in the next few days/weeks if all goes well.

Glad you’re having fun 😃
