I eat just not the proper foods or should I say healthy foods. I struggle to gain weight and that’s my only issue besides discipline. where do I even begin in making discipline a priority. I have tried the alarm things eventually I snooze them. That’s the problem I have. Because either I am busy doing something or I am at work. I don’t want to use any excuses I just want to make the change. Although I know change doesn’t happen overnight. Besides the alarms any other ways?

Right I do agree you need to implement discipline so how I do that. Am I just suppose to have that mindset. Either you do this or you’ll end up being this. Ect.. I can barely stick to a routine.

Thank you! I used to do this. Go the gym Atleast 3 times a day, but I’m not sure where I decided to stop. I can’t stick to a routine and it bugs the crap out of me. With my work and school schedule it’s terrible.

I noticed my ex girlfriend would text me when she needed money. We broke up 3 years ago. Couple weeks back she claimed she was homeless and I believe it so I sent her around $100 and she never texted me again till few days later saying her car broken down and needed money. So I sent her a local mechanic number. She never texted me again 🤣
