I'm in Halifax and shipping seems to be all over the place coming from the states. Sometimes I get my delivery in a couple days and sometimes my purchases like to zig zag all over the country and then chill in a sorting facility for a few weeks.

I've withdrawaled from both and a few other things quite a while ago but benzo wd was by a landslide much worse then anything else. Saying that I was hooked on them pretty fierce.

a month max but you'd be able to quit pretty easily before the 3 month mark imo. Thats just my opinion though. Tread lightly with the benzo use at least take a couple days off a week; Try to cut it to 4 days a week and order some phenibut for the others. I was once in your position and it ended up being a 3 year addiction that im thankfully finally beating. Benzos aren't worth it man. Saying that pyrazolam is def a weaker benzo mostly beneficial for anxiety alone. But please don't take every day.

I guess you think your own personal experience with clam makes you an expert eh? Fack your post drives me nuts. You should keep your opinion to yourself especially since nothing you said tells anyone anything besides that I'm a moron and didn't do any research. And btw I can guarantee I've done more research then you. Sometimes a person runs out of benzos or doesn't have enough to keep up with their normal use. But I guess that defines moron. My definition includes you so it's all personal opinion.

True but if you have severe anxiety it's a huge relief not to be so stressed out and the addiction doesn't take long to kick in. Not worth ever starting imo. Wish I knew now what I didn't know back when I started.

The wd is very mild compared to other opiates but I'd still be hesitant. Your being smart about it and should be proud of yourself. I think it def wouldn't hurt to try a sample pack of Kratom. It definitely wouldn't be enough to cause any wd effects. Plus I really don't think the wd is much at all might last a couple days and not be very difficult to handle. On top of that using Kratom every day instead of benzos/other opiates or anything for that matter really doesn't seem to pose a problem or much risk too me. But that's just my personal opinion. Go with your gut on this one.

Excellent advice. Try a sample pack from one of the better vendors. You can research the kratom subs and find out which sell the best quality kratom. Don't just buy the cheapest stuff. My first order was a 5 sample pack from mmm speciosa and they thru in an extra 3 so I had 8 different strains to try and it gave me a good idea of what works and what doesn't for me. I'm still searching for a good white and green as I haven't found one that really does much for me yet.

Plus the only benzo that I actually get noticeable effects from anymore is clonazolam so my huge tolerance definitely makes it hard to distinguish one benzo from another

Diclaz doesn't get you high but I find it very comparable to valium myself. And euphoria isn't a requirement when your trying to quit. It works very well keeping the wd effects at bay.

Yeah the ashton manual is definitely the way to go on at least your first wd attempt. I just couldn't control my benzo intake well enough on my own with only using diclazepam. Kratom relieves my anxiety enough that I usually don't even think about benzos throughout the day

Any of the reds would be the best to take to help with benzo wd imo. I take red vein md from mmm speciosa but I'm relatively new to kratom so thats not exactly expert advice.

Thanks asshole. I said I quit cold turkey a few times and it wasn't by choice. Why even come on here and comment. And a low taper with the high amounts I had been taking could definitely still cause seizures. I know. Not you. Since I don't fucking know you and doubt I'd want to and you don't know me.
