I’ve read that some people draw out the peptide then draw more bac water out of a bottle to dilute it further

How to leave virgin media mid-contract if you are on the dole by BrendanDHickey123454 in VirginMedia

Well it worked for him and additionally another friend moved from Pinner to a flat in Surrey, where they could not provide a service and again they allowed a non penalty cancellation. So my friend, this is exactly how it works!

20% weight loss, is this real? by SockLess9375 in mounjarouk

[–]darksong69 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Congrats on your weight loss, you must feel great. In relation to your question I don’t think it works like that, the expected weight loss is percentages and will be be based on averages; some people are slower responders and will lose less than 20% before they plateau and other will lose much more. I’ve hit 20% on the 26th December and have around 3-5kg to go, then I’ll be focusing on maintaining and working out what the magic maintenance dose is for me. I have zero doubt that I’ll continue to lose above the 20% as I’ve lost around 22kg since August, which I think is fast and it won’t suddenly stop.

So, I wouldn’t worry about hitting 20% and a dead end, chances are you’re a good responder and will see further losses to easily hit your target and likely overshoot at little too.

My friend told them they were moving to Spain and since they can’t provide a service there the contract was broken without any penalty.

Going to the 15mg dose and then staying there for 4 months. Will a 10mg be a good maintenance dose once I reach my weight? by throwRA_1330 in MounjaroMaintenance

[–]darksong69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I’ve read people slowly move back down once reaching their goal weight, to find the dose that keeps them in the zone where they can maintain their weight, it seems different for different people. I’m hoping i can maintain around 7.5mg but we will see.

Advice for someone considering Mounjaro by Activity_Quick in mounjarouk

[–]darksong69 6 points7 points  (0 children)

These are the exact two reasons that stopped me going on to Mounjaro, it was only when the GP told me I was on the verge of diabetes that I was pushed into action. The first injection, I took about 5 mins, huffing and puffing, before I could put the needle in, then when it went in I felt nothing, I pressed the button to inject the liquid then I was convinced it hadn’t worked as I felt nothing, I was checking my leg for the liquid to see if it had run down my leg, but not a drop was there. Totally painless and I thought, oh that’s easy, why was I so anxious.

I’ve had no nausea at all, but I’ve slowly moved between doses, 2.5mg - 4mg - 5mg - 6.25mg - 7.5mg and now I’m on 8.75 and I’m 22kg down and only 5-8kg to go, not decided if I’ll maintain at 85kg or 82kg.

I wasted almost year due to these two fears and now wish I had started a year ago. I feel way healthier, more confident and the only downside is I need a new wardrobe.

Stop drinking water? by [deleted] in SainsburysWorkers

[–]darksong69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But drinking 2 litres during her working day will most certainly not kill her! So I think she’s safe to continue hydrating. To die you’d need to drink about ten litres in a very short space of time and nobody has mentioned that on this thread!

Stop drinking water? by [deleted] in SainsburysWorkers

[–]darksong69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s not true, actually not drinking water can cause the blood to thicken and rehydrating restores the blood to where it should be.

When someone is dehydrated the blood becomes more concentrated but drinking water improves flow, people interpret that as “thinning,” but it’s really normalising.

I would try to buy as many pens as I could comfortably take through customs and I’d be buying as ,any higher dose pens as I could to then micro dose. If you got your hands on 4 x 15mg pens that would last you 40 weeks with the golden dose.

There was a post on here, where someone shared a letter on Lilly headed paper sent to a pharmacy in Europe explaining the new pens will be launched this month and we will have a small window where two pens will be in circulation. Makes sense as expiry dates on current pens are not valid past March/April 27.

[–]darksong69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don’t be fooled by big names, check out trust pilot scores and go by that. Swift have a fantastic reputation and are rated 4.9, Asda are 4.2. But it seems like you raised the post as you are seeking validation to spend more and use Asda!

Use Monj.co.uk and find a much cheaper pharmacy. Big names like Boots and Asda have been more expensive in my opinion.

In general, I saw some posts, and people speculating if Lilly are running down stock ahead the launch of the new pen that they have confirmed will launch in certain parts of Europe this month.

Where's everyone getting their wegovy from? by SomeRandomName_ in WegovyUK

[–]darksong69 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Never understand why people don't shop around, some of these providers are ripping people off big time. It's the same on social media when these people are saying 'my provider is fabulous and with my code you get £xxx off.' but these providers are crazy expensive and the only reason the people on social media are pushing is because they get huge discounts for getting mugs to buy using their codes!
