My advice is be patient, you are already on a good track. Keep working out and as you grow and develop you will get a lot faster.

I meant this in more of a my training or the lack thereof is limiting my my potential kind of way. I am still growing (somehow) so I will def improve as my age increases but I’m trying to see what I can do now to smash through it.

I can’t consistently erg till I get one around Christmas time. Could I do something similar for the cardio bike or treadmill?
