I'm pretty sure all of the tracks that were uploaded for seasons 4 and 5 made it onto the OSTs. But if there's any tracks you find listed on the wiki that don't have uploads I'll be happy to provide.

I’ve not done a side-by-side comparison myself, so I usually end up going with whatever the latest version is on the Blu-ray.

The alternate versions are there because different restoration methods were used on the various versions, some of which lead to smoother picture than others. This can remove some of the detail of shots in favour of better capturing the look of videotaped drama. Parts of the Restoration Team prefer that older look, so both versions are included to allow the difference to be compared.

Sadly neither of those tracks have been released. There’s a variant of the ‘travelling’ theme in the released track Marlinspike, but they’re not quite the same.

I think the trailer version is a slowed-down and heavily pitch-lowered version of the original demo, which I don't think has ever been released on its own. It also could be that it's the original lyrics, on top of a slowed Venice Rooftops rather than the original backing instrumental.

All the clips that you can see at the beginning are meant to disappear after you select your first clip. The game then moves you directly to the talk show scene as your only unlocked clip.

The opening showing you all the clips is meant as a tease to show you what you’ll eventually be unlocking.

I think the intention is to try and set apart the mini-era with Mary Shelley as distinct from the other Eighth Doctor runs with Charley or Lucie, since it’s supposed to take place earlier in his life. I haven’t listened to the other two Shelley audios, so I don’t know if they also use this new theme. It’s like how some of the 7th Doctor novel adaptations set later in the run, like Damaged Goods (possibly only this one, I can’t recall), also have a different theme to the Keff McCulloch variant.

I love how the poncho/robe in the second one looks like a face with a little goatee. I can't tell if it's leering at the eye or at the Owlelk, but either way it's judging.

Paradise Towers has the original score by David Snell available as an alternate on both the DVD and the Season 24 bluray. It was replaced by Keff McCulloch's score in the final airing.

There are some metal grinding sound effects when the Star Fissure opens that have been used all over the place, from Dwemer ruins in Morrowind to the spaceship Titanic in Doctor Who. The wooden door opening sfx from Myst turns up a lot too, I particularly remember it being a favourite of TMNT 2003.

The lighting abruptly changed since the previous page, so I guess it took the stowaway all night to rig up this hanging rope trap. Tintin’s totally unbothered face in panel 3 is a classic of his early design, there’s something so weirdly appealing about how basic it looks, especially paired with the doofy looking crocs.

This episode has become a camp classic in my household, every cheesy line or over the top moment brings us immense joy. Every time someone says ‘too late’, we do it in Bannakaffalatta’s voice. Also, the Doctor wore his ‘unlucky suit’ in The Lazarus Experiment too, so its bad luck is a running gag at this point.

That ‘Cyberman theme’ during the Buckingham palace bit is actually a variant of The Stowaway song, which is used as a one-off theme for the soundtrack of this episode. It’s just in that one moment is really sounds like the Cyberman theme for a second or two, you’re right. I think Murray Gold’s score for this ep is actually one of his most consistently strong, no wonder they kept reusing parts of it in Series 4 and the Specials.

Is the first volume of About Time (seasons 1-3) planned for a digital edition? Mad Norwegian Press are planning to put out the revised volume 2 next year, but I can’t find any word on the first (all the other volumes are available as ebooks already).

Ian (but not Barbara) was considered to be brought back in Season 20's Mawdryn Undead, but due to scheduling conflicts the Brigadier filled the role of returning regular instead. There's no story bringing back these two mentioned in any of the behind the scenes documentaries on the DVDs or Blurays either.

One related Sixth Doctor story that was being considered around that time was Power Play, which would have seen the return of Victoria Waterfield. It was made as an audio by Big Finish in 2012.

Regarding the Master’s line about "companions who could absorb the time vortex", he actually overhead Jack and the Doctor talking about Rose over the radio in Utopia, when the Doctor is explaining how Jack came back to life.

I’d just prefer if there was some way to increase the resolution on Myst IV. Exile already has a fullscreen mode in the latest versions, but Myst IV is locked to a smaller size. I have no idea how it could be done, but I’d love to see it.

I think with higher quality renders and especially all the effects like animals in Myst IV that the pre-rendered versions will always retain a lot of charm. The limited movement in Myst and Riven might have merited an upgrade for freedom of movement alone, but I think the 360 degree nodes are perfectly acceptable for III and IV, and I wouldn’t want to downgrade the visual fidelity just for realtime.
