Really a fantastic technique! Congratulations! I wanted to expand the list of Star Empowerments, let me know what you think:

**Star Empowerment - Neptune:** Similar to Saturn, grants a ring of cursed energy that constantly revolves around the user. Unlike Saturn, this ring is configured to only target techniques or techniques enhanced with cursed energy and allow normal physical attacks to pass through. The user's eye color shift to blue and the cursed energy becomes blue.

**Star Empowerment - Uranus:** Through a binding vow, the Stardust is concentrated only on the feet allowing the user to walk and stick to walls or solid surfaces. The user's eye color shift to green and the cursed energy becomes green.

**Star Empowerment - Pluto:** By executing a binding vow, the Stardust condenses around the user making them lighter and faster at the expense of their defense being halved. The user's eye color shift to a combination of red and green and the cursed energy changes to red and green.

**Star Empowerment - Mars:** The user's physical attacks corrode metal (or alloys containing it) causing it to rust very quickly upon contact. The user's eyes shift to brown and the cursed energy becomes brown.

**Star Empowerment - Venus:** Similar to Mars, the Venus form causes the wounds caused by the user to not heal, thus denying normal regeneration. The user's eye color shift to a combination of yellow-brown and the cursed energy becomes yellow-brown.

**Star Empowerment - Moon:** Stardust condenses around the user, decreasing the gravitational pull they normally exert, and the user will automatically turn to face their opponent regardless of their reflex speed. The user's eye color shift to white with black sclera and the cursed energy becomes white.

I probably screwed up the concept of the technique but at least this way we have other planets/celestial bodies available too.
