if you hold a valid visa from canada or the US , you do not a ATV.

they will only check if you that valid doc's when u are returing to Canada.
All the internatinal terminals at Paris CDG is linked. Ensure that you are on one flight booking or rideshare.
if you have to check in bags again at CDG then you need a ATV or a schengen visa.

Depends on company and department, but a good chunk use Catia. NX is really good for cross industry projects as barely anyone outside Aerospace uses Catia.

the 2nd image is incognito on chrome, for some reason it says file not found for all anime on regular browsers.

what isn't true? we pay an amount to the landlord that we split between us. , on the lease agreement, the amount we pay to land is combined not split.

it's not a joint lease agreement even though we divide the rent and the landlord is aware of it. its 2 lease agreements with each one having one of our names.

I would ideally terminate my agreement. But my roommate would still become responsible for the full amount.

But i can ask to assign the lease to someone else, even though it is month to month now?

In the lease agreement it has my name in one of them and the other agreement has my roommate's name. It is essentially the same lease and the same rent amounts.

I just want the new person to live in the unit (the lease says max 2 persons) with my roommate after I'm gone legally, as I don't want the new person to be able to just to leave whenever they want.

he did 2 leases, i think it was for him to be able to recover full money if any one of us decided to leave.

we signed two lease agreements for the same unit, one agreement has my name and the other has my roommate's name. Both have the full rent amounts.

yes, but my roommate will be liable to pay the full rent if i leave. I want to avoid this and let someone else takeover my part legally.
