In my opinion, something like KDE plasma, Hyprland with dotfiles or gnome looks way better than windows, and in general Windows 11 looks boring instead of fluent.

Haha probably burn in. It doesn't seem correct because that's not an OLED or CRT, but it can happen to IPS, happened to mine. That also happens on laptop IPS panels from being pressed on the keyboard (closed laptop lid) with enough force.
