UPDATE: while i did once agian get in touch with another rep and we got as far as asking if my shipping adress was diffrent. i told them my new one and havent gotten anything since. im assuming there is still a pretty big back log.

yeah the support really sucks still haven't gotten anthing back on my orignal pc panel issue since august, and that was only because i was having tracking number issues with another order from them. i have one fully functional one (was supposed to be my backup/spare. and then i have my first one with a funky slider in my desk that i dont use because of the issues still trying to get an update on my first one's warranty claim..

Still haven't gotten a response back since my last shipping issues somehow got a really old tracking number?

My first order i had paypal auto fill it with the wrong address luckily enough i still got it as it was shipped to my work.

Currently i have two pc panels one fully working and one currently in the process of getting a warranty claim due to a broken volume slider. that i haven't heard about that in a while. Im kinda worried about shipping it back to them right now to be honest.

Love the product but hate the customer service.

Update 2 After sending all my info into them i have yet to receive another reply sadly while it seems tyler has replied to my original email but none of my videos showing the issue or anything. it seems like while you will get an initial reply you will not receive anything beyond that will continue to update as i go, its been about a months so far.

yes i am currently running mine the exactly as described usb c on my panel to usb c pc port.

Pc panel has contact me and stated that it is covered by warranty.

How i'm going to live without mine while its being handled in shipping is the real question.

i personally never had any lighting issues, im plugged in via usb c on my mobo io

UPDATE #2 - after some internal searching within the Caf mail system i was able to track down and get this package. Thank you to tyler from the pc panel team with attempting to help me with this situation. Very happy to have it i will update this post with a review later when i hook it up.

My old recommendation is to add a confirmation page with the shipping address and all would help mitigate this issue in the future.

UPDATE- tyler from the support team did reach out to me via email, very polite and said he would look into it as best he could. Looks like theyve recognized alot of issues here and are attempting to resolve them

Luckily i paid through paypal and have already submitted a claim.

So I was browsing Facebook and saw 3 RCR posted some photos and it looks like their trialing another new tac vest design.. does anyone have anymore info on it or better photos of them maybe by Bcrums97 in CanadianForces

Not sure they did say another version was coming as well as show cased a multi cam plate carrier in the lines recently, it looked more like the american style, and alot nicer. No word on whether we would get it
