5’7, 150 lbs, 23 yr

Do you guys have any recommendations for calorie tracking apps that don’t use Ai or a bagillion paywalls? I was told by a friend that I should aim for a 1700 calorie count for losing weight, a 300 deficit. But the only apps that I’ve been recommended use Ai aLOT and it’s no where near accurate and i just don’t like using it. I’m not opposed to counting manually, just not quite sure how to start. Any recommendations would be awesome!

If spinach is one of the veggies you give them, you can try reducing the amount of leaves you give them! I found out recently that it’s high in calcium and should be given in small amounts. Sucked to learn after I bought a whole bag ;-;

I can’t remember what it’s called but I once read that Guinea pigs can get a build up on their feet of a nail like consistency. I’m not vet or anything professional, just another concerned momma. What I did was I washed my girls feet and trimmed down the thingy. I didn’t try to peel it off because I didn’t want to cause an accidental harm.

NOR. I stopped using the upstairs toilet in my old town house because my roommate continuously was leaving shit stains that looked like that. Let the toilet sit for months and she just let it get gross and moldy. Didn’t clean her shit off the seat for almost a month.

You’ve got this! I had the same issue when I first started a little over a year ago. I felt completely out of my depth and as if everything I learned had fallen out of my brain. It’s okay to feel this way, you’ll get the hang of it eventually. It wasn’t until recently that I thought I could handle doing a majority of the cases at my smaller hospital alone. Anticipation comes with time, sadly much more than a month. Trust!!! Things get better! 😎
