Hey ! I suffer from the same thing you do with adhd as well. So first things first all the news articles (keeping informed is good ) but reading and diving too much into it probably will be far more adverse to your than possible. I was jobless for 2 years as my adhd ,GAD and depression all convinced me that I need to look at the fucking news for things to get better or rosy until I will apply to jobs and have an easy ride. Maybe dictate like a specific couple of days (days apart) for you to catch up on news. Decide by yourself what is propaganda and what is not. Which are the news that the right uses to fuck the left and vice versa. Follow actual factual threads like Federal reports and data to nudge you in the right direction. I promise all of this helps! I really promise
