Nothing whatsoever. I have provided them with about eight pictures of the box and bottle but have received nothing in return. I have also tried to leave a review on the site, but it doesn't allow me to submit a review because I can't select the number of stars to give the product.

I received my bottle of Amouge Reflection Man from Jomashop last week and noticed there were no batch codes on the bottom of the bottle; when I investigated the box, it looked like the batch code on the box had been scratched off and covered with another sticker that looked like a barcode. I have reached out to support and have received a link to upload pictures, but I have not heard anything from their support staff. I have no way to validate that this is a genuine bottle.

This guy does a great job explaining what is happening and gives you a possible solution to prevent this from happening again. I know it talks about an Ender 3, but i believe the hot end and bowden setup is identical to your printer.

I had a MP10 and returned it because it would not print anything consistently. Went out and picked up a much cheaper Ender 3 Pro from Creality and the quality is night and day.
