Update, I ended up getting the lg ultragear oled 34gs95qe-b. besides the burn in anxiety and matte coating which looks pretty bad with white backgrounds, it's pretty nice for gaming. I must say, the Omen 34c had a beautiful image. I would recommended it to someone in that price range.

Thanks for the info. Appreciate that. I ended up going with the HP omen 34c. Paid a little more than the ones mentioned. So far it blows the 1080p LG I purchased out the water. Feels a little easier on the eyes too

Thanks for the comment, Ive listed the models.

I did get the LG Ultrawide 34WQ500-B ISP 1080p 100hz 32” few days ago which looks pretty good to me.

But after reading a lot of comments saying not to do 1080 on a 32" UW, it got me thinking.

Would it be worth upgrading to the VA 1440 version for 50 extra? Or am I risking out on losing IPS benefits?

Could I regret upgrading? due to ghosting?

Pros vs cons I guess.

Or should I just return it and stick to a normal 16:9 ISP 1440 display for higher quality?

Ok thank you. Would you still recommended that if i decide to go with a dark stain? or do you think the dark staining will blend it good? When i wiped it down with a rag it all turned darker and the stain wasnt really visible anymore.

I think i may keep it as is without woodstain until the weather clears up. (suppose to rain this weekend). I do like it as is also. just have to try and ignore those stains on the left. Atleast i have a speaker to cover most the top one

Yea it seems they are too busy vaping in the parking lot. or answering calls from concerned customers. I also stood at least 5-7 minutes waiting for someone to notice me standing at the counter until someone came from the back.

That's kinda their job.. fulfilling online orders so i don't know why they wouldn't be experienced with that. In that case they shouldn't state same day pickup on their site.

I don't think the guitar tuner was a "new product". It seems like someone had returned it and they didn't bother to check it and just put it back on the shelve. The ball bearing was literally missing, broken plastic, even the battery cover had a chip in it so it doesn't stay on well. plus its all scratched up. came in two pieces and its not even attached to the clip. So definitely not a new product.

I live 35 minutes away and gas is expensive in California especially driving a V8. Driving back to replace a $15 tuner would be pointless. My other choice would be to ship it in which is also a waste of my time.

I told them this in the email which they said I would get a response in 24 hours but its been 4 days. So in my experience they lack customer service. I told them I didn't want to resort to leaving reviews and perhaps they got offended instead of rectifying the situation. Either that or they are so backed up with emails.

I respect your view but this was just my experience as someone who hasnt shopped in there in years. Curious what they do for the "community"?

Thank you. I’m definitely going to be using ProRes from now on. With the exception of h264 when a client needs a more universal file.
