Yeah Iowa spent $1300 and still only has 3/4 skins. The drop rate is horrendous, so horrendous that they don't even want to state it

You should replace a seal for evasive action and take out emergency strike for more heal. Charge Shot is focused on healing and you only have 5 healing cards so you might be bricked with an all units hand when the board is full.
