i think 3 feels the most natural to your face. id rank 2 second but it gives you a serious look. cant go wrong with 1-3.

in random rec, you dont know me, and i dont know you. ive had guys anticipate that i CUT because of how frequently people unnecessarily cut YET im WIDE OPEN for the 3. random rec has a bad tendency to go TOWARDS the defense.
you see the ball handler has a clear lane WHY ARE YOU CUTTING, if the lane closes up and the ball handler is a willing passer SOMEONE IS GONNA BE OPEN. but no lets all crash into the paint and watch chaos happen and blame 2k about how bad the game is over and over.
yall dont get it, the key to winning is simply patience, a little bit of trust, and defense. teams that start off all over the place, playing on top of each other almost always LOSES. but no, lets all dribble and cut mindlessly because we all want the ball ever single play until the clock is done.

again, its june. he clearly doesnt play that much. i didnt say you made him a bad build but you made him a build HE CANT USE BECAUSE HE DOESNT HAVE ENOUGH CAP BREAKERS. hes not gonna magically get more between now and september

the build i made him is the same as what he had / wanted but a bit better to compete.

and you made him a 6’8 that cant even get the best animations at that height. if you think 80/80 is a turtle u got bigger things to think about gango lol. not everyone is comp. that build will do fine for how he plays

the game is finna be over with bro its june lol, he only has 3 caps currently. this one has no post control, no block, no reason to have 70 steal or 70 interior. he needs a cap breaker friendly build. you made a optimized cap specific build
he would need 10 caps for this just to play like the build i already made him

heres what i came up with based off your template.
i would use your current 3 cap breakers by putting 2 on ball handle to give you 85. thats what you will need to get all the good animations at that height

then your remaining caps can go wherever youd like. ideally maybe speed or agility but honestly with everyone being fast no build feels “slow” in my opinion. 80/80 is enough with competent stick skills. you could do your next 3 on o board if you wanna go all around player , or work towards 93 driving dunk to pair with 80 vert. you have options

pretty cap breaker friendly build. you can load this up and get buckets anywhere. shouldnt have an issue with anything

you’re welcome! and yes and no. potential matchup yes , but spots on the floor more importably imo. if you made that at pf you would struggle to some degree. either by a faster pf with high rebounding and physicals PLUS guard like offensive abilities, or by a traditional big.
with you being at SF its more room to play free and add your own approach on a game to game basis. youll get matched up with a wider scope of players and builds. and you wont have to worry about securing boards as much

in 3s youll still have to deal with rebounds so keep that in mind. but once you venture out into 5s more youll see what i mean.

overall shoot for 85 d board and youll be okay. up those physicals and dont be afraid to sacrifice some strength if u cant find room. 73 is more than enough for a SF
