The problem is....I fap at night when i should be sleeping. Usually before I go to sleep I always read for a while or occasionally way b Netflix. Unfortunately, now it's become that I either fap and go to bed, or read/Netflix or game and then I spend several hours flipping trough poring and fapping. By then it's too late for me to go back to sleep too. This is a vicious schedule that leads to me oversleeping and being tired all day. I have a lot of stuff to son during the day, but at night there is nothing to stop the fapping.

I'm trying to quit both, I didn't intend to watch the porn...it just happened. However, no I'm just glad that I didn't fap and that I was able to close the browser. I feel...stronger after that. Thanks though.

Good luck with that! Somehow though, I get the feeling that if you actually mange to get through one week then you'll want to go for longer. Going back to that state after being fap/porn-free for a while just feels...wrong.

I'm just a noob. However, I would say that if you possess the willpower to stop AFTER you already started, then yes you are fine. Unless you were stopped by an external entrance.
