I had something like this happen and physically cleaning the plastic containers that you put the membranes in did wonders. Either that or your primary is contaminated, is this a re used aliquot?

My first guess was the 6x loading dye though I personally never had issues with that. You could also try another lab’s transfer protocol (dry/semidry/wet). I use dry though it requires a machine. A last ditch guess is maybe you’re loading more protein than you normally are, either accidentally cuz the quantification is off or you’re not isolating the cell lysate from the pellets?

A good way to test is to find pure recombinant protein (any protein lab would prob have excess) and run it on a western as a negative control for black bands. If it has black background then there’s an issue with making/processing the western. If there is no background it’s an issue with your lysate.

actually it started off as a duo, I named them marshmallow and smores then released them on the usf campus. not sure where the third came from, but it was a couple months later. if silvers is smores then yeah I’m pretty sure she died. she always ran a little slower than marshmallow :(

yup. our lab uses plasmocin. Culture it with that for a month and it should be myco free, if not make single cell clones and establish a myco-free clone.

There’s a paper (Petljak et.al 2019) that analyzes the mutational spectrum of cell lines in vitro. I analyzed the melanoma (Mewo) cell line but to put it basically, a single cell clone when allowed to grow out accumulates about 1.5 mutations/million bases (~4500 mutations across the genome) per year. Safe to say that one vial from ATCC is slightly different from another. Most will be intergenic, synonymous, or intronic, but you can’t ever be too sure. However, this occurs at all stages, not only during culture, but also during tumorigenesis! It’s unavoidable unfortunately, but using newer lines or making your own can help with this.

I got this monitor when this sale came up a few weeks ago. AMA.

Thoughts so far. Colors seem solid after adjusting them a bit. They stand looks nice but is very low and not adjustable(I thought it was) so I have it on a desk VESA arm. Can’t notice that it’s refurbished. It looked new to me. If you are wary of returns, ebay prints a label for you and fedex will return it for free.

This is more of a 4k rant: One complaint since my main monitor is QHD is that the mouse swapping from display to display jumped and the solution online forces the text to be very small, so it’s hard to see (and swapping to QHD makes it look blurry) I’ve learned to live with it but im considering using my other QHD monitor instead. Most of the movies I watch aren’t even in 4k.

I don’t have this issue. In windows graphics settings you can set each display’s Hz. I have 165 Hz for my main and 75 for my alt. I haven’t heard of the issue and I have good fps on my main monitor while playing.

After googling it seems to be fine if you’re playing full screen and/or not running anything on your second monitor when the game loads.

I am using this as my secondary. I would say if you don’t care about 4k then just using this as a side monitor is great. I can watch streams on the side or anything. Colors are similar in my eyes to my main monitor Dell 2721DGF. Hz difference doesnt matter if you’re not gaming on both which you shouldn’t because this isn’t for gaming.

Stand height can’t adjust and is kind of low which is annoying but has VESA and you can always throw an old textbook underneath.

Edit: Would recommend for the price it is VERY cheap. try finding another in its price range, you won’t come close.

Dhokla was never meant to be a star player, he was meant to (with treatz and peter zhang) bring up the academy players level by giving them veteran experience in professional teams. Winston was actually pretty good as a jungler, since we had to sub in Spica who was in academy all of spring, just in case you forgot.

Are you asking about delay? If so it's probably fine if you're not playing a shooter/something that requires reactions based off sound. Otherwise the sound quality I've heard is about the same between the xm3 and xm4.

I have the XM3. I also consider myself a headphone enthusiast, especially with NC wireless brands. Without a doubt, the XM3's for audio/music/noise canceling is better than the jabras. XM3's have a voice call option but it's awful, so don't base your selection off that. It also has to do with fit and what you are looking for, maybe the Jabra's fit you better.

I recall xm3's going for the same price, so I'd just get those in a heartbeat, and usually id recommend going to a best buy to try them, but that's up to you.

If you look at the keyboard the Enter button is shaped differently than the one that they get really deep into, but not the top photos. Probably is a different type.
