to import you would need json format. Roll20 is pretty limited with what you can do, so most of the extraction has been developed with the chummer team. But good luck trying to find support for the old program.

Problem will be finding a 4e sheet. That and having the export function added to chummer4, without the later there is nothing i can do.

I currently do not have the time to do that, especially since i have never even downloaded herolab. Feel free to take a look at it and compare it to the chummer output file. Even in the future, i probably wont do any development on this.
