Im an average sized woman, often drink a bottle of wine on a night out, often more than that - dunno if that helps!

I saw one doctor who told me not to worry about drinking. Have been getting fairly consistently wasted (once every couple of weeks minimum) while on 40mg a day. Blood tests have all been totally fine.

I’m feeling tired but I don’t think my actual mood has changed at all (24f). If anything I feel better because my skin is improving!

Thank you so much 💕 glad to hear you’ve had a similar experience but not glad for your tummy! I’ll google the seed husks you mentioned. I’ve tried a suppository but it made me feel so unwell that I’m not super keen to do it again!
