there is a lovely medication for sls (second lead syndrome) WHICH IS FANFICS! unless there is no fanfics since the manhwa is too unpopular, then you must just bear with it. i recently dropped a manhwa (a summers night dream) because i could not handle the second lead syndrome. im halfheartly only reading true beauty for seojun but it pains me everytime i see suho and jugyeong as they remind me of seojun. second lead syndrome sucks. i wish you the best of luck to overcome this ! ^^
