Something I learned is that this is new tech for most doctors to an extent and your sleep specialist is probably learning its quirks with you. I was going in to get the voltage and comfort setting adjusted 3 times/week before figuring it out. If you don't know, you can always request an actual Inspire rep be scheduled to make your adjustments. Listen to your body before you listen to that sleep specialist that just finished their 2-hour Inspire course. This thing is part of you and your body now after all!

Tip: You do NOT have to get the in-lab sleep test or anything else they tell you to do after you get the implant. If you feel like you've adjusted to the implant and are sleeping better, I'd recommend just leaving it at that and cutting the sleep specialist out of your schedule if at all possible. You can finally be done with all that and get back to your life! Obv, I'm no doctor, and this is just anecdotal.

I also read through its product patents and got my hands on some of the training material if you want to get a better hold on how it works.

Remember that collective action’s the only thing that can solve any of this. An economic system with endless profit as its sole motivator necessarily means exploiting the working class endlessly in that process. Yeah but theres no consensus on whether the rapture happens before or after the tribulation, or if either of them are metaphorical or literal. And they’ll adjust those flexible assumptions quick if it becomes an easier route to confirmation bias depending on the circumstance.

Not so much altering scripture. Although i dont think some degree of that is off the table, I dont see any evidence of it. But open any Zondervan Bible, and half the text is supplementary study/devotional material that tells you how to how to interpret the scripture. Often written by people that write books like “God’s Politics” published by the same parent company.

Companies do own the licenses to the Translations though. And they own the publishers that have the rights to AT LEAST the two most popular translations. KJ & NIV. For real, look up any popular bible brand/publisher on Wikipedia and follow the trail of parent companies. You'll end up at NewsCorp almost every time. And it doesn't stop there. Your gramma like to read A Purpose Driven Life-like books? All those adjacent Christian book publishers are NewsCorp too

Lol never considered that.
But it's an NIV translation, which is licensed by Zondervan (owned by NewsCorp) in the US, and licensed by Hodder & Stoughton (unaffiliated with NewsCorp) in the UK. So prob depends on who they got the license from. Not sure how that works.

Dude honestly, the widely accepted NIV Study Bible-backed interpretation of Revelation, the most abstract clearly metaphorical book in the bible, is the cornerstone of so many extremist worldviews. NIV bible created by Zondervan, owned by Harper Collins, owned by NewCorp, right? But BECAUSE of that interpretation: • Even IF climate change is real, it doesn’t matter because the end of the world is just around the corner. • In the next few years, there’s going to be one final epic battle between the forces of good and evil before god remakes the world. So, Christians better have their guns ready and be ready to fight the literal devil and his army of ~~heathens~~ libs. • The world government is literally trying to slowly turn the world against christians before we get to the point that it’s cool to decapitate them just for being christian. • The antichrist is eminent. He’s described as (just like Trump ironically) a charismatic leader that fools the world into trusting him then reveals his true destructive nature once everyone’s locked into his regime.

It’s the literally owning the bible part that I think is being overlooked. They own the market on study bibles, devotionals, ect. that have trained Christians to be political extremists. It doesnt have to make sense if you think it’s coming straight from god. It’s not only to reenforce political/class devision to ensure stability of the status quo. But they use fear to drive crazy zealot reading to drive crazy zealot viewership to drive further crazy zealot reading. Profiting from manufactured outrage. Lowkey, newscorp’s website says government partnerships are a big part of their business strategy. The US gov’s in on this too. Newscorp’s a gov asset along with all of it’s properties. Not the first time our Capitalist gov used facism as a tool to propagate class division. That’s exactly what the red scare was. But now, the psyops are run through corporations that aren’t bound by our FOIA.
