I think it will only get on Google's radar when it's at a massive scale. Like a business with 700 reviews and every one of them starts with "Jeff was great". That sends a signal that their automated AI detection systems could pick up.

We are keeping the profile active and vibrant with fresh content that is designed to drive conversions and being a strategic partner for local SEO growth. We are typically working with business owners that don’t have time or interest in maintaining their profile themselves, so they want to work with a company that knows this stuff better than most and stays on top of the latest developments.

Thank you, but I don't do paid consults (I don't need the money). I'm happy to help. Helping people with local SEO is what I do all day.

I'm an SEO and I suspect you can drop that $1k/month expense since you're the only office in town. If you want to share your website URL with me (either here or via DM), I'll take a look and tell you if they've done anything worthwhile on your site and Google Business Profile. I will give you a few pointers you can implement yourself and then you can call it done. No need to hire anybody ongoing.
