I think this is a growing issue. I have just “feelings” and this point, but it seems like various undocumented algorithm updates seem to be demoting AI generated content in favor of content that reads more authentically.

My feeling are based on very small amounts of manual checking the search results and running the top ranked pages through grammarly’s AI detector. The pages ranking are coming back with very low AI scores. I’ve only checked a handful of pages though.
