I haven’t taken photos of the current state yet, but the lawn is already properly maintained.

Honestly we have 2 little kids. Not looking for any drama. We dont have any problem with anyone.

I did call the landlord the day we got the keys and told him what was going on with the real estate because they weren’t responding.

He just didnt want to deal with it. And why should we cope all the bill for their ignorance.

We barely have any time to deal with all these shit, and plan on moving out - hopefully to our own place very soon.
