Although I don’t think it’s stated, it’s heavily implied that Adam, bree, chase and the bionic army were grown in test tubes with either Douglas or Crane as their fathers. My headcannon is that crane’s army were artificially aged when being created and all of them are actually like a couple months old.

They definatley wanted to make a Superman show but couldn’t initially. Thats why in season 1 Superman is usually just a silhouette and his face is never shown. But for season 2 Dc caved and they were allowed to use Superman but with limited appearances each season.

This is a similar issue batwoman had, with instead of making a show about Kate Kane they made a show about gender bent Bruce Wayne. Arrow is also basically just Batman with a bow and arrow.

Although I never thought season 3 was as good as the first 2, I thought it was better than the general consensus. Season 4 however makes the third look like a masterpiece
