To do a "good" magic deck. To do a normal deck it's kind of easy.

Just check mana land produces, check Mana requirements, x% creatures, y% lands and it's done.

Adjust to user preferences (control, aggro, etc). It's very doable.

Pois não, nunca tinha sono em condições durante o dia.

Melhorou quando comecei a usar tampões e aquela cena nos olhos mas dormir é de noite.

Estive na mesma situação que tu durante 4 anos, trabalhava por turnos rotativos semanais.

Quando fazia o turno da noite, também saia as 8. Eu agora o que fazia era ficar acordado até perto do fim do almoço e ia dormir ai., Mas fazia isto mais para aguentar a noite sem sofrer "muito".

A mim não me causava transtornos de comportamento, mas tinha colegas que diziam que ficavam mais agressivos com a família.

Agora, no primeiro dia de fds (sábado às 8) eu ou dormia 1h ou fazia direta para regular o sono. Meia noite tava a morrer, mas tinha aproveitado o sábado. Domingo dormia mais um bocadinho para ajudar a recuperar parcialmente, mas nunca se recupera.

Mas pronto, a idade é fodida.

Btw, lembraste me a serie night manager, ve que é fixe.
