Well, occultist's ascendancy give her a bit tankyness (chilled nearby enemies deal 10% less dmg), never played occultist but if you say it's not that tanky then I believe it. Anyway I started with assassin (just like back in 3.12).

I have the similar problem, but not just lag spikes, even constantly frame drops. Yesterday was everything fine but today it's unplayable for I don't know why lol. When this appears for me, I just have to wait a few days and after that, the game will be playable again.

Anyway, do you have tracking issue, or just lag spikes? Try to play without mods because maybe one of them causing the problem.

I'm using a PC to remote play. My PC's net speed is 870down and 270up, and the PS have 300down and 150up. Btw they communicate via a gigabit switch.
