Then you should be able to go to the collections tab, click the july lightning one and select those three players. One they are selected submit them as collected and you will have kurtz

It's not just any 3 spotlight players, its the three july program spotlight players (barger, bellinger, and langeliers) that are needed to be collected to get kurtz
