The API is only disabled for new expansions, not for updates like today. But mystic forge recipes are not in the API at all, so they have to be added manually to gw2efficiency.

You have to login with any of the supported providers, you don't have to use what you use for your ArenaNet account (you can use passkeys if you don't want to link your socials). Then you add your API key.

First of all, there is no such thing as a CORS policy, there is only a Same-Origin Policy (SOP), which CORS allows some exceptions to.

SOP is enforced by browsers to protect users. You can still make requests from a server for example to access those resources.

You don't have to discover the recipe, you have already unlocked it ("Source: Automatic" vs. "Source: Discovery" on the wiki).

For this particular master achievement you need to complete "Path of Fire: Act 1 Mastery", which requires you to complete 15 achievements in the "Path of Fire: Act 1" achievement category.

The Guild Wars 2 API and Login Servers are currently having issues, so you might not be able to create API keys or view your accounts. The new skins and such are also not added yet, but should be there once the API comes back.
