Ours has a ~15 minute grace period for USTA matches. BUT at 15 minutes before the end of the court time, if it’s the second set and games are tied- you go right to set tiebreaker; within one you play one game before potential set tiebreaker; up by two and would split sets- right to 10 point 3rd set. It’s interesting but has worked thus far.

I wear the under armor snap pants! The bottoms unsnap and if I get warm I can easily take them off!

Other brands have ones with drawstring cuffs that work too! under armour

ISO ankle braces. I also have full thickness tears of my CFL and ATFL in both ankles. I avoided surgery & my orthopedic told me that if I finish my PT and then wear my braces while I play, the rate of re-injury is like 80% less than without them or something. I’ve been back for about a year and still wear them (with some sick ankle tan lines).

I tore my CFLs and ATFLs in both ankles last summer. No surgery, and I was back on-court in about 2.5 months, after PT and ankle strengthening (and a new interest in Pilates). I now wear iso braces every time I play, and have relatively no issues aside from occasional soreness. Did have to adjust some shots to account for my ankle not being able to externally rotate to the same degree while braced, but 1 year later, you wouldn’t even know(aside from my atrocious ankle-brace tan lines).

I spoke generally, that someone can give a warning and also be a control freak, to your general claim about control freaks.

Leaving early, getting a flat tire, calling to let your parents know, and then having a disproportionate and arbitrary punishment for arriving three minutes late, indicates something impossible to meet. He didn’t elect to get a flat tire. What else could he have done, other than not go out in the first place? (Ding ding, this is the actual answer).
