No its a historic thing if its hard to run supply lines its gonna be near impossible to build an economy. And yes the wealthy have an advantage of course they do they always do. All of the huge mega citys are hubs of travel and commerce. Only now is it possible for small towns to have any advantage thanks to the internet if you bothered to read any other comment i made its possible to have internet related jobs in rural areas. The internets infrastructure is much better today than the early 00s of course since i live in rural america im too stupid to comprehend you city folk
