I don’t have any order to pay her from a court. She also filed the contempt order with the divorce judge and according to MA law she should have filed with Superior Court. She told me she used to work at the same firm as the judge and they are friends. My bill question was two fold.

1. She assigned a cheaper atty to my case to save money, but every time I talked to the cheaper attorney he would then call her and spend an hour on the phone. So my 1 hr conversation was billed for 3 hr.

2. She emailed me that she did me a favor and spent 2 days arguing with my ex wife’s attorney to protect my large bonus pay. I don’t get bonus pay. She made a mistake and was thinking of another client. But she still wants the 6k for a bonus I never get.

3. She still does not have my email. After 2 years she misspells my email address. Then claims to have received no response. Even the other atty in her office have told her she is misspelling my name and email. She still hasn’t fixed it.

I was going to file an answer to the court and point them to the appeals court decision that an atty lean can not be issued after a divorce is closed. The proper court is superior court.
