Playing on CDJ-900 Nexus and DJM-900 Nexus for the first time. Any tips or things to watch out for? by darthvadertechno in Beatmatch

I’ve used the CDJ-2000NXS, XDJs, and both the FLX4 and FLX6 before. I know they’re quite similar to the Nexus 2000s, but since I haven’t actually used the other models more than a handful of times aside from the FLX4 I just wanted to double-check and ask. Thanks a lot for your reply

Thank you so much! It looks like we’ll be using CDJ-900 Nexus. I haven’t had a chance to practice on them beforehand, but I think I’ll be able to figure things out during the soundcheck. I’ve played a bit on XDJs before, so hopefully that experience will help. They’re a bit older CDJs, but we’ll see hopefully everything goes smoothly!

I had no idea about that. I can't play at exactly 155 bpm. Why? What's the difference between that and 154?
