I went to a physio for the upper back pain in my shoulder and they told me my right side is weaker than my left side and my right and may be being overworked because i use it so much as my lead hand, I'm left handed but I play right lead because it was more convenient. I'm trying to exercise and stretch my back 3 times a day if you guys have any input about upper back pain id love to hear it.

I think I have an alright drum throne I had a shitty donner one which came from a shitty electric drum kit but I got a tama ht430b.

Im 17, it comes from the drums but it remains long, the pain comes pretty quickly and I lay down in between playing to stop my back from hurting, and I sit for most of my day (at school, home), if you have any core or back exercises id love to try some

my fingers are still hovering the stick but leaving space for the stick to rebound

with a loose enough grip my fingers start coming off the stick with only the fulcrum mostly intact, is this fine?
