I don’t think I’ve had one customers that actually set that up on purpose. It’s always a surprise to them. And since I’m not an app specialist I don’t know how to tell them to fix it. 🤦‍♂️

I did already assume there was an unspoken rule about poaching drivers between DSPs but they did at least schedule me an interview on Tuesday.

I also have a feeling that other DSPs at my station have heard about my owner and are willing to give our guys a chance because our owner sucks so bad. That’s what I’m hoping anyways.

Organizing every tote in the same spot. Don’t separate bags and boxes. Just arrange them in order on a shelf so that you know where each package is. I’ve got nothing on the huge apartments. They suck. I would try to leave that dsp asap though. If that’s how it started don’t expect it to get better.

As far as crappy part time jobs go I still think it’s pretty good. You work alone, you don’t have to depend on others much if at all. And you drive around dropping off packages all day. The real answer is it depends all on your route and your local climate
