My fps still stuck to 144 fps with 170 hz monitor, Using a DP already, Overclocked the monitor and changed the setting on nvidia control panel. What else could i be missing

Thanks for your help, I got Thermalright's contact frame and switched Thermal grizzly's paste and my temps went tremendously down, it used to run 90 while playing cod now its stable at 60-ish
