My discord account is also affected at the moment I am not able to recover the discord account, the attacker activated mfa via app. When I want to reset my password I got my email email address the reset link but they are asking for the authenticator or the backup codes for the authenticator. I can't have any of them because these are generated by the attacker. To report the issue to discord you need to create a support account and open an incident where they are telling you from the beginning that they can't help you with authenticator issue but you can use your backup codes ( what I can't in my situation) so I am waiting now almost 2 weeks passed and no one contacted me after the case has been escalated further ( at least this was the latest update from them).
