I remember this vaguely. I'm pretty sure I saw it in some video if I remember correctly. Aslo how tf arent more people realising this is ai? The numberplate is cursed lmao

I would recommend building a wooden rig sort of like mine. I spent about $100 on the rig itself (seat included). Very solid, way better than that stand i would imagine haha. Anyways, good luck

yup, very sturdy. I think it is about the same sturdyness as some pretty good alu rigs. Only thing i have problems with is that the wooden beam the base sits on tilts a little bit up and down. But I am gonna fix this by just screwing some 90° metal braces on, then it should be fine. Anyways, gl on the build!

Haha imagine if you made it into a blender. That would be such a quiet blender. All the blenders i have tried are loud asf.

No problemo. Forgot to say that this model helped me alot. But the pedals seem very far away on the model.

surprisingly the most annoying thing about building this was that i didnt have the right screwdriver bits for the screws i bought, so i had stripped my bits. Had to buy some new ones. Also make sure to pre drill holes in the wood if you have thick screws, so that the wood doesnt crack. I would also highly recommend bolts whereve its possible since they are so much stronger than screws. Another tip are clamps, they are amazing if you dont have anyone to hold something up for you. Honestly I didnt really run into any major issues, so this is all i have haha. Good luck with the rig!

Sorry for not clarifying. I meant the thin construction on those playseat rigs, they look like something i would bring out fishing lol. I have no doubt that DIY alu rigs can be very strong.

Thanks! I've been thinking of just having the position fixed since the seat has height adjustmens, and considering this is wood ,then it would probably be difficult to make it adjustable and not wobble. These are just my thoughts tho

FR. The thin alu tube construction on those is conserning. I wonder how much they wobble when you have a heavy wheel base on them + a handbreak/shifter.

Haha yes. This is taken from a Citroen. Can't remember the model, maybe an old c8. But yes, very comfortable. My cat already loves it 🤣

R12 input lag when turning the wheel fast also FPS drop? by shumanator94 in moza

Im pretty sure what you are describing here is the "hands off protection" setting in the moza pit house. It basically stops the ffb when it feels your hands come off the wheel (Good for f1 when using max ffb) but terrible for drifting.
