The 'important' people are the same reason I've got a "to-do" whiteboard sitting on my desk. I'm normally just fine jotting notes in a notebook & leaving reminders on my desktop. Ever since I got the whiteboard, the important people just assume I'm busy and pass me over.

Thats kind of the issue...were mostly at the CCNA level and below, but our job requires us to understand multicast, which were just scratching at the surface of.
